The services that ACX Outsourcing Hub will provide will be of interpretative and creative nature. The details and costs related to the production and delivery of the services to be performed by ACX Outsourcing Hub for its Clients are described on each contract per solution or service. ACX Outsourcing Hub does not shoulder printing costs except if previously agreed.

Solutions

1. Retainer Service or Hourly Solutions
   ACX Outsourcing Hub offers a service called Hourly Solutions. This is a flexible arrangement where clients pay by the hour for any tasks or projects they need to be completed. To get started, clients must purchase a minimum amount of hours that will be automatically deducted for any work we do on their behalf. This ensures we can provide the necessary resources and support to meet their needs. With Hourly Solutions, clients have the peace of mind of knowing they are getting the help they need on a pay-as-you-go basis
2. Custom / Fixed Packages
   Our team understands that every project is unique and has its own set of requirements. That’s why we offer custom packages tailored to the specific needs of each project. Our packages include everything from project management tools to customized Digital Marketing solutions. We work closely with our clients to ensure that their project is completed on time and within budget.
3. Staff Augmentation / Build Your Own Team Solution
   With this service, you have the ability to build your own team from scratch, selecting each member based on their skills and experience. Fees and Payment Terms

Thank you for considering ACX Outsourcing Hub’s digital marketing services. To provide clarity on fees, our rates are as follows:

• Hourly Retainer:
  • Pay a minimum 50 Hours Deposit @ Hourly Rate of $15/hr.
  • Once we have utilized the first 50 Hours, We then Invoice you for the Topup of another 50 Hours.
  • After accounting for nonbillable hours.
• Retainer Agreement:
  • If the kickoff meeting was held on June 10, 2023, please note that invoices will be sent out on the 10th of each month, starting from the contract date. Please ensure timely payment on these dates. 
• Payment Options:
  • Payoneer – Credit Card
  • Wise – Borderless Accounts You can pay via Local US,UK, AU Bank accounts.
  • Direct Wire Transfer to PH Bank Account
• Project Based:
  • 60% Downpayment is required to start the project and 40% Completion Payment before turnover.

Intellectual Property Rights

Please note that we own the intellectual property rights to these services, except in cases where we explicitly transfer ownership to the client through a contract. We do not warrant that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we are not responsible for any delays, interruptions, or other issues that may arise during the course of providing our services. In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid by you for our services.

Termination

We want to make it clear that our agency reserves the right to terminate your engagement with us at any time, for any reason. We believe in fair and respectful communication, and we will always strive to work towards a positive outcome. However, if it becomes clear that our working relationship is not a good fit, we may choose to end our collaboration.

Similarly, we understand that you, as the client, have the right to terminate your engagement with us at any time. We hope that you will communicate with us if there are any issues or concerns that arise, but we understand that sometimes it may be necessary to end the relationship. We want to make it clear that we will respect your decision and work to make the transition as smooth as possible.

We believe that transparency and clear communication are key to a successful partnership. We hope that by outlining our policies in this way, we can foster a positive working relationship with all of our clients.

Governing Law

Any disputes arising from the use of our digital marketing services will be governed by the laws of the Philippines, where our agency is based. Please note that this applies to our clients in the United States as well. We aim to provide fair and transparent services to all of our clients and are committed to resolving any disputes in a timely and amicable manner. Severability

In the event that any part of our terms and conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
